Welcome to Unravel Yourself. I'm Shaun Foley, a Psychology Researcher, Data Analyst, and Life Coach from New Zealand. My mission is to help individuals unravel themselves to foster deeper personal growth and enhance wellness outcomes for both individuals and their communities.

My journey has been marked by personal challenges, which have fueled my passion for guiding others on their path to self-discovery and growth. I bring over 13 years of experience in mentoring, coaching, leadership, and counseling, 8 years of research and data analysis expertise. 

With Unravel Yourself, I've developed a unique approach that integrates my professional background with personal experiences. I hold a Master's degree in psychology (MappPsy) and Bachelor's degrees in Social Science (with Honours).
